Meaning of Peace

Peace can also be define as living cordially and friendly with other people and groups in society.It involves avoiding conflict and treating everyone with respect.




TYPES OF PEACE
  1. Positive Peace : This is when there is no violence and everyone is treated fairly and lives in harmony. For example, students in a school help each other, follow the rules, and resolve disagreements without fighting.

  2. Negative Peace : This is when there is no open fighting, but problems like unfairness or tension still exist. For example, two groups in a community avoid fighting, but they still argue secretly or feel jealous of each other.
