crop farming : This is a form of farming that involve planting of crops for human or animal consumption.
A crop is a plant that can be grown and harvested extensively for business purspose or for family or personal sustenance.
example: maize, yam,cassava, sweet potato etc.

Live-stock farming : This is a form of agriculture which involve raising of domesticated animal
in an agricultural setting in order to produce products for consumption such as egg, meat, milk, leather, wool etc.

Fishery : This refers to a brach of agriculture which deals with rearing or harvesting of fish and other aquatic life or more
for commercial or personal consumption.
- Heliculture : this is otherwise known as snail farming, it is the process of raising land snail, majorly for human consumption
or cosmetic use .

Horticulture : this can be define as a the branch of agriculture that deals with garden crops
, generally fruit, vegetables , and ornamental plants. Horticulture is derived from latin word "hortus" means
garden, and "colere" means cultivate.

Apiculture : Otherwise known as Beekeeping, this is the branch of agriculture which deals with rearing and
maintenance of bee colonies, commonly in artificial beehive. The bees are rasied for commercial purpose.
