CONTACT AND NON-CONTACT FORCE
Contact force:
A contact force is a force that acts on an object through direct physical contact with another object.
Examples include :

Normal Force: The force exerted by a surface that supports the weight of an object resting on it.

Frictional Force: The force that opposes the motion of objects sliding or rolling over each other.

Tension Force: The force transmitted through a string, rope, or cable when it is pulled tight.

Non-contact Force
A non-contact force is a force that acts between objects even when they are not physically touching each other.
Examples include:

Gravitational Force: The force of attraction between two masses, such as the Earth pulling objects toward it.

Electromagnetic Force : The force between charged particles, including both electric forces (attraction or repulsion between electric charges) and magnetic forces (attraction or repulsion between magnetic poles).
